Cat Sitting

Luke’s Pets loves cats. There’s no Cats versus Dogs people here, the more the merrier! So when you are away you can rely on us to look after your furry feline friends. Having your cat cared for in their own home, keeping their routine and being given love and attention by a dedicated and experienced carer is the greatest peace of mind available.

Having cared for cats of varying personalities and needs, we work flexibly to meet the requirements of the individual, including meal times, litter cleaning, being let out/in and giving them affection, cuddles and play (if they want it, we’re here for independent and grumpy cats too!)

We also have experience of looking after cats in poor health, be it short term, long term, following operations and sadly, end of life care. This means administering medications like insulin or pills may be possible; we would always meet with you and your pet to ensure the correct treatment can be given and your pet is responsive to their carer.

Your home will be kept secure and of course this service provides the reassuring “lived in” appearance allowing you not to worry about anything and focus on that amazing holiday. We’ll even water plants, put out bins, gather post, open and close windows/curtains and do anything else required to ensure your home continues to function as seamlessly as possible in your absence.

You will know specifically who is looking after your pets, they will be an experienced, DBS checked, animal first aid certificated and fully insured carer who you will meet and be able to contact at all times.

We’d love to look after your cat and they would choose to stay and be cared for at home ahead of any other option, so get in contact to arrange an experienced, caring sitter today.

Small Animal Sitting

Rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs and more, all furry friends are welcome! If you are away then Luke’s Pets can take care of any small animal and provide the comfort in knowing they are safe and happy.

We have cared for a number of different small animals over the years, often rescued, and know how much they mean to their owners. We work flexibly to meet the requirements of the individual, including meal times, light or full cleaning, exercise and giving them love and attention.
